Rules for Ordering Measurement Services for Door and Window Installation
Presence of the Client
- The client must be present at the site during the visit.
- The measurer:
- takes precise measurements,
- explains technical issues related to installation possibilities and conditions,
- answers the client’s questions.
Costs
- The cost of a standard measurement service in Riga starts from 20 EUR.
- The exact price is available in our price list — “Service Prices.”
- For trips outside Riga, additional transportation costs are calculated at 0.50 EUR/km one way.
- Example: 20 km outside Riga → 10 EUR additional transportation costs.
Distance Restrictions
- We provide measurement services in Riga and within a 50 km radius from Riga.
- If the distance exceeds 50 km:
- for larger projects, trips are organized individually;
- standard orders are redirected to our regional partners.
Duration of the Visit
- A standard measurement takes approximately 30 minutes.
- For more complex sites, the visit may take 1 to 1.5 hours.
- Please allocate sufficient time to allow the measurer to perform the work efficiently.
Possible Delays
- The measurer’s arrival time may vary slightly due to traffic conditions or the complexity of previous sites.
- We kindly ask for your understanding regarding possible minor delays.
