To submit a warranty claim, please fill out the digital form below. All warranty cases are accepted and processed only through this form, except for emergency situations described below.
Important information before filling out the claim:
To have your warranty claim accepted for review, you must provide:

Your full name or company name, along with contact information (phone number and email);

Exact place and date of purchase;

Order number or receipt/invoice number;

Product description or article number;

Detailed description of the problem;

At least 3 photos showing the visible damage (preferably also an overview and installation site);

If needed, a video showing the damage that can be attached as a link from failiem.lv (or another cloud service).
Claim processing time:
All warranty claims are reviewed within 3 (three) working days after receiving complete information.
If the submitted information is incomplete, we will contact you to clarify the required details. The claim review period then starts from the moment complete information is received.
Emergency situations – emergency opening:
If an emergency occurs during the warranty period — for example, the client is locked inside a room because the door cannot be opened — these cases are processed on an expedited basis. In such cases, please immediately go to the Warranty – Emergency Opening section where contacts and steps are provided:

All attached files (photos, videos, documents) must not exceed 5 MB each. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, PDF, DOC, DOCX.
